1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of 67hosting (the “Service”), available at host67.com and related subdomains. The Service is operated by OPSoft Inc (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Wyoming, USA (opsoftinc.com). By creating an account or using the Service, you (the “User”) agree to these Terms in full. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. The Service

67hosting is a platform for publishing static websites: uploading HTML/CSS/JS files, connecting custom domains, automatic issuance of SSL certificates (Let's Encrypt), free *.host67.com subdomains, an AI website builder, and built-in contact-form handling.

The Service is a software platform. Files are stored and served on the infrastructure of third-party hosting providers with data centers in the European Union and the United States. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice to paid users.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to publish or distribute through the Service any material that violates applicable law or the rights of others, including:

• malware, phishing, or fraudulent pages;
• content that infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights;
• illegal content, or content inciting violence or hatred;
• spam, bulk mailing, or other abusive use of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for the domains you connect to the Service.

5. Pricing and Payment

The Service offers a free plan (Free, $0) and a paid plan (Pro, $1.99/month). Plan limits are shown on the pricing page in your dashboard. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply at checkout.

Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record for all paid transactions. Payments and subscription billing are handled by Paddle, and charges appear as “Paddle” on your statement. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, as described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Availability and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation and are not liable for lost profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of your files. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the most recent paid period.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or remove a site that violates these Terms, upon a substantiated complaint, or as required by a competent authority or hosting provider. Suspended domains display a service placeholder page. We notify the User at the email address provided at registration. Your data is not deleted as a result of suspension.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Wyoming, USA.
