2. Data We Process
- your email address and a hash of your password (the password itself is never stored);
- the website files you upload and the domain names you connect;
- billing data — the fact and status of payments (card details are handled by our payment provider and are never received or stored by us);
- contact-form submissions made on your sites, stored so you can view them in your dashboard;
- technical data: IP addresses, request logs, and an essential session cookie.
3. Purposes of Processing
Providing and operating the Service, authentication, billing and payment, customer support, security and abuse prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Subprocessors and Third Parties
To operate the Service we share the minimum necessary data with the following providers:
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — payment processing and billing, acting as merchant of record and an independent data controller for payment data;
- Aeza — hosting and serving of website files (data centers in the EU and US);
- Resend — delivery of transactional emails;
- Gandi — DNS management for free
*.host67.comsubdomains; - Anthropic — the AI website builder sends your prompts and site content to Anthropic's API to generate and edit your site;
- competent authorities — only where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Retention and Security
We retain data for as long as you use the Service and for a reasonable period afterwards. Passwords are stored only as a cryptographic hash. We apply access control, encryption in transit, and regular backups. Access to data is restricted.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR and CCPA), you may request access to your data, correction or deletion, and you may withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 7. Cookies
The Service uses only an essential session cookie required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
